2024 Adaptive Riding Registration

We are now accepting registrations for our 2024 Summer and Fall sessions, open to current riders only. Registration forms and payment are due by May 6.

Little Bit now requires a non-refundable $100 deposit for each session you sign up for. This deposit will go towards tuition if the participant joins the session but will be forfeited if the participant does not join our program as planned. Likewise, if you cancel out of a session less than a month away from the start date, half of tuition will be forfeited. Please see our updated refund and cancellation policies at the bottom of the page.

We have had to take these steps due to the many cancellations that we’ve experienced too close to the beginning of sessions to allow us to fill the resulting holes in our schedule.

STEP 1:

Determine which sessions you will participate in. Clients who do not register by the May 6 deadline are not guaranteed a spot.

Summer Session July 8 - August 31: fee $840 Fall Session September 16 - December 14: fee $1,260

Cost to client per lesson: $105 (29% of total cost). Little Bit’s cost per lesson: $362.

STEP 2:

Complete the online Adaptive Registration form and pay the tuition fee, using the links below. You will be eligible for scheduling when we receive your registration form and payment. Registrations received after May 6 will incur a $50 late fee. Pay in full by May 6 or refer to the payment schedule below:

STEP 3:

Please complete the annual Medical Update Form and return by 5/6 to the front office. This form is completed by the parent/guardian, not your doctor.

Tuition Aid

To be considered for tuition aid, applications must be received by FAST (online application service) by 5/6. A $100 non-refundable deposit for each session is also due with your registration form to Little Bit by 5/6. Late applications or documents will not be considered.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If an adaptive rider cancels a month or more from the start of a session, full tuition minus the $100 non-refundable deposit is given.

If an adaptive rider cancels less than a month prior to the start of a session, 50 percent of the registration fee will be refunded, unless the cancellation is an unplanned medical necessity with a doctor’s note or faces an extreme hardship discussed with our Executive Director.

If an adaptive rider cancels from the session after classes have commenced, Little Bit will not refund the full tuition unless the cancellation is an unplanned medical necessity with a doctor’s note or faces an extreme hardship discussed with our Executive Director.

If Little Bit cancels a lesson because we cannot offer the service, we will offer a refund or credit the rider’s account. This excludes cancellations due to weather or “acts of God.” Make up lessons are not offered.

Refunds, credits, or make up lessons are not given for lessons missed due to a rider cancellation.

When an unmounted lesson is offered as an alternative to a mounted lesson, and a rider decides not to attend, a refund will not be given.
