Colleen Willis

Colleen joined the Little Bit Board of Trustees in 2021 although she has been a fan of Little Bit for over 20 years. As the parent of a rider, she has appreciated the innovative programs and therapies provided within this incredible community. 

Colleen is currently the Innovation Officer for Kindering, a nonprofit neurodevelopmental center. She strives to effectively share her professional nonprofit experience in Human Resources, Marketing and Outreach to support Little Bit’s mission where horses transform riders’ bodies, minds, and spirits.
