Colleen Willis

Colleen joined the Little Bit Board of Trustees in 2021, although she has been a part of the community for over 25 years. As the parent of a rider, she appreciates the vital programs, individual therapies and the caring staff.  

Colleen's professional expertise includes Non-Profit Leadership, Innovation in Disability and Inclusion Programming, Human Resources, Advancement and Outreach. Her lived experience supporting communities with diverse abilities in both Canada and USA provides a unique breadth and depth of knowledge. 

Colleen is honored to be part of this incredible community and support Little Bit’s mission to transform the bodies, minds, and spirits of people with disabilities.
